Delete Your Data

You can delete your Campella account and all associated data — including any information you've added about your children — at any time. This page explains how, including for accounts created with Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in at campella.
2. Go to My account.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section and confirm. Your account and its data are permanently removed.

This is irreversible. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, this also severs that connection — there's nothing left linking your social login to Campella.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@campella.io from the address on your account (or the email tied to your Google / Facebook login) and ask us to delete your data. We'll verify the request and complete the deletion, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your information and your children's information — profile, campers (names and birth year), seasons, schedules, booked/waitlist status, reviews, questions and answers, friend connections, favorites, follows, any connected Google/Facebook login, and the calendar events Campella created on your behalf.

Deletions are removed from the live system immediately. Encrypted backups roll off on their normal cycle (target ≤ 30 days), after which no copies remain. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, basic financial/tax records) — see our Data Retention Policy.

Children's information

You can remove a single child at any time from Camp settingswithout deleting your whole account. Removing a camper deletes that child's information. We never sell children's information or use it for targeted advertising.
